Trust The Word Of God

There will always be times in our lives when things come our way and we can’t figure out what to do. We sit around and wonder why in the world is this happening to me? Why is my family being harassed and my finances in such turmoil? Will this situation ever come to an end? Then as soon as things lighten up, something else happens, and it all starts again.

Well I want to let you know that there is an end if we believe the Word. The problems we face in this life are temporal which means that they will change see 2 Corinthians 4:18. Trials and temptations will surely comes, but God will not allow anything to come our way that we can’t handle. But you’ve got to, you must, it is extremely important that you simply trust God to bring you out.

God is bigger than any problem that you will ever face, and He can handle it all. I speak from experience because there have been some hard times to come my way. Sickness, financial struggles, kids acting up, backstabbers and manipulators, unclear future; you name it. I knew that God alone had the answer. So I took the Word of God and I meditated on it day and night. I turned off the television and vacated the malls. All I had before my eyes was God’s Word and what He said about my problem. I believed what the Word said; it was all I thought about all day long.

I would wake up at night thinking about what the Word said. I spoke the Word out of my mouth when I rose in the morning and when I went to bed at night. When negative words and thoughts came to my mind, I would cast them down. I refused to receive anything other than what the Word said.

Soon my problems got smaller and smaller. I trusted God to perform His Word in my life and He did.

It won’t always be simple and easy to trust God, but if we hang in there, God will always come through for us. He will stick with us through anything if we will trust Him.
