It Is Not Easy

There are many things in this life that we need to do and that we must do, but it is not easy. Things like eating the right kinds of food and losing weight. Often we have been involved in a certain lifestyle for so long, until it is difficult to change; even for health reasons. Wrong patterns are not easy to correct, otherwise a great many individuals would enjoy deliverance and liberty.

How about spending quality time with God in prayer and fellowship on a daily basis? It is vital to the success of every Child of God. Yet it is very difficult to find the time to consistently pour our hearts out to God. Oh, we may mumble a prayer here and there or finish a short devotion, but quality time is seldom achieved.

If we were to trust God and believe the love that He has for us, life will be a lot easier. "But as it is written, eye hath not seen, not ear heard, neither entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him" 1 Corinthians 2:9. Since there is nothing too hard for God, we must trust Him to help us with the hard times of our lives.

It is not easy to fix a life that we have spent years breaking down, but God has never given up on the plan He has for you. God has a plan that you don’t have to be concerned about fitting in with. You can just be yourself.

I know that it is not easy for single parents to raise a family all alone. The challenges are unending, and as kids grow older, it only gets more complicated and stressful. But God can be trusted to take us through the hard times and bring us out just fine.

The things we face are not always clear cut and easy. That’s just the nature of life here on earth. But we have a great and awesome God who is true to His Word. He will always be there to bring us out victoriously.
