If you are sincere about living for Jesus Christ, and you want to be true to your commitment to make the HookUp, then you will have to do something about the condition of your mind. The Bible says in Romans 12:2, "Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." Transformed is another way of saying that you have gotten into a habit of "Hooking Up". And it all starts with a "Right Mind".

If you read the Bible twice a week, and the rest of your time you’re watching Jerry Springer, listening to DMX and flipping through dirty books, then your mind will not be renewed. You will not be able to HookUp because your mind is so full of all the wrong things. You cannot experience right living with a wrong mind.

Is your mind filled to capacity with wrong things. You need to make a decision to stop watching and listening to the wrong things. Start reading and starting your bible everyday. Then God can clean out that old trash, and help you to think in a way that’s life changing.
