Saved
During the Tribulation
"Saved During The Tribulation" is a prophetic
account of the Word of God as it was revealed to Daniel the prophet concerning
the end of all things; the book of Revelations.
The angel Gabriel came to Daniel in a vision and instructed
him as well as giving him insight concerning the 490 year reign in which
Jerusalem would be rebuilt, an end would be put to sin, wickedness would be
atoned, and the Anointed One, the Messiah, would come confirming the covenant
and putting an end to sacrifice.
The following (prophesy) was delivered by Reverend Walker,
pastor of Born Again Baptist Church of Greensboro, North Carolina. The message,
"Saved During The Tribulation", was scripturally fulfilled for me, and
I pray that our readers will gain a greater insight into this prophetic book.
Six hundred years before the birth of Christ, the prophet
Daniel was allowed to prophesy what was to happen I the last days. Daniel was
told by the messenger from God that a period of 70 x 7 or 490 years would pass
in which He (God) would use His people, the Jews, to reach out to unbelievers.
The starting point of this prophesy would be "the decree
for the Jews to leave captivity" (Daniel 9:25). To restore and build
Jerusalem to the coming of the Messiah would be 60 x 7 or 483 years. In the year
445 BC (Nehemiah 2), the Persian King Artaxerxes sent forth the decree. In the
year 70 AD, the temple was destroyed by the Romans under Titus. During that 483
years, Jesus came; started the church; brought grace and mercy; and died for our
sins.
Seven years are yet to come; the Jews still have to
evangelize the world. It will happen (Daniel 9:27 is to be played out in
Revelation). In chapter 7 of Daniel, the Jews will get their chance to be used
by God again, and they will work. At the beginning of the tribulation some of
the Jews will make a covenant with the anti-Christ. Some covenants have been
made already (see Revelations 7:1; Ephesians 2:2; Daniel 7:2).
In Revelations 7:2-3, the writer instructs us that before the
seventh seal or the second half of the tribulation begins, God’s people must
be sealed for the work. In Revelations 7:4, Reverend Walker gives a prophetic
account of the twelve tribes of Israel.
144,000 of the tribes of Israel:
When read together we see the purpose of men. They are
praisers of God, looking for the Son; A company of blessed ones, wrestling with
forgiveness, hearing and obeying, cleaving to a reward of a home and a dwelling
place, adding sons at God’s right hand.
Because of this witness many will be saved all over the
world. God is not willing that any should perish Revelations 7:9-16. Praise God.
