THE HARRY POTTER BOOKS

"Jesus died because He was weak and stupid," states a 6-year old girl from Easley, S.C. after reading the Harry Potter Books. The ideas set forth in the Harry Potter Books are by far the most blasphemous and presumptuous ever, and very few seem to understand their threat. They are the #1 selling children’s books in the nation today. Just look at any Barnes and Noble or Waldenbooks storefront. Go to Amazon.com and read the reviews. Hear the praises by educators and even Christian teachers about how it’s great to see the youth eagerly embracing the reading experience. Harry Potter is the evil creation of a former United Kingdom teacher who promotes witchcraft, Satanism and the occult.

God’s charge to parents everywhere is that we do not allow our children to be subjected nor persuaded by demonic influence. We must familiarize ourselves with what they are reading and the practices in which they are engaging. To ignore this equals nothing short of child suicide.

In J.K. Rowling’s book, Harry is a 13-year old wizard. The very creation of Harry openly blasphemes God, and promotes the practice of sorcery, seeking revenge upon anyone who upsets them by carrying out rituals, performing spells, and exercising demonic powers.

Although the name Harry Potter seems harmless, trust me when I say that is where it all ends. Allow me to quote some influenced readers of these books. "The Harry Potter books are cool, cause they teach you all about magic and how you can use it to control people and get revenge on your enemies," said a 10-year old boy who recently converted to the New Satanic Order of the Black Circle. "I want to learn the Cruciatus curse, to make my muggle science teacher suffer for giving me a D." (A muggle is an unbeliever of magic.)

A 9-year old, the average age reader of Harry Potter, "I used to believe in what they taught us at Sunday School, but the Harry Potter books showed me that magic is real, something I can learn and use right now, and that the Bible is nothing but Boring lies."

What a shocking account. If that is not enough take into account this quote from a high priest of Satanism: "Harry is an absolute godsend to our cause."

Since 1955, supporters of Satan worship have increased from 100,000 to 20 million children and young adults. One explanation for this is that our children have been bombarded with action, adventure thrills, and sci-fi flicks to the degree that "Hollywood cannot produce enough to give them their next high." Parents, we must awake from our sleepen state, and examine what our children are involved in. WHY? Because their present and future depends on it.

The occult, drugs, crack houses, and homeless shelters are filled with the victims of demonic influences. Unbelievably, our homes and churches have become safe havens for victims as well.

Ms. Rowling, a lost soul in need of a Savior, has been quoted in response to objections from Christian reviewers to her writings: "I think it’s absolute rubbish to protest children’s books on the grounds that they are luring children to Satan. People should be praising them for that. These books guide children to an understanding that the weak, idiotic Son Of God is a living hoax who will be humiliated when the rain of fire comes, while we, his faithful servants, laugh and cavort in victory." People this creature’s actions and statements are deplorable and blaspheme the Sovereignty of God. My hope is that your anger will drive you to warn every parent to not allow this enemy to claim another victim.
