Many parents today are full of uneasiness. They are worried about their children. Are you one of them? Well, you don’t have to because God has a plan for their lives.

God has planned to prosper our children and not harm them; to give them hope and a future (see Jeremiah 29:11). The bible instructs us to train up a child in the way that he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from what we have taught them Proverbs 22:6.

So let’s try not to worry when our children are out with their friends. If we have taught them the right things, them they will know what they should do whether they choose to do it or not. The truth will always come back to them. That is why we need to keep teaching them, even if it seems like they are not listening. You see, I assure you that they are listening; they just don’t want you to know it.

The bible says that foolishness is bound in the heart of a child, but the rod of correction will drive it far from him. Now when your kids are two years old, the word of correction is our rod. It is more powerful than a literal rod in driving foolishness far from them.

When we pray for our children, we must believe what we ask God to do for us. Let us see our children the way that God sees them, and say what God says about them. And all my children shall be disciples and taught of the Lord, and great shall be the peace of my children Isaiah 54:13. The seed of the righteous shall be delivered Proverbs 11:21.

God has a wonderful plan for our children. Let’s keep God’s word before our eyes, and start praising Him for our children’s deliverance and protection. We won’t have time to worry anymore, because we will start seeing results.

God’s word will deliver our children. They are never to far that He cannot reach them. And when we make our petitions to God on their behalf, believe that our prayers will come to pass. Then we will learn just how faithful God is.
