Jesus Fixed It

Computers are good, but sometimes they don’t work right. We can’t do homework, send e-mails or look for stuff on the web. Sometimes we can fix it, but sometimes we have to call on an expert.

God made a beautiful creation, but when Adam and Eve sinned, it broke down. The world could no longer work the way God intended. We became separated from God with no way to get back.

But God loved us so much, He sent His only Son to fix things. God carried out His plan for salvation that was fulfilled in Jesus Christ. He was born in a stable, whipped and beaten and nailed on a cross. It wasn’t for His sins, but for ours.

He died but rose again. He was more powerful than death and the devil put together. He fixed things for us, and restored our connection with God.

When our computer gets fixed, it may eventually break down again. But when Jesus fixes things, it stays fixed. Salvation is complete forever.
