Fight The Devil With God’s Word

Are you believing God for something, but it has not yet come to pass? It may be something you need in your personal life, or it may be a spiritual breakthrough. But you’ve put your faith on it and your heart is set to receive it.

I want to encourage you to hold on. If you have made the steadfast decision to stand on the scriptures for yourself and your needs, then God will visit your house and make it successful.

The Word of God will work for everyone who has faith in it. But there is no faith apart from the Word. Therefore, you must find scriptures that pertain to your particular situation. You have to go to the bible and look them up for yourself. Stop procrastinating; get up and find those scriptures.

Once you find those scriptures, read and study them until they are a part of you. Then you’ve got to speak what the Word says about it. Jesus said, "Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh" Matthew 12:34. It is what you speak out of your mouth that makes things happen. This is more than just repeating words, even if it’s scripture. But the Word of Faith is what is in you in abundance. When you speak that Word, faith comes.

Your victory comes directly from the Word of God that comes out of your mouth. But that victory scripture must first be in your heart abundantly. It must be a living part of you. The word that you speak concerning healing will bring healing to your body. The word that you speak concerning prosperity will bring prosperity to your whole life.

Faith in the Word of God and speaking that Word is a sure way to fight the devil. But without the Word, we are no match for him.

When you are speaking the Word into God’s ears, you are also speaking it into the devil’s face. The God will come on the scene and run the devil off. Jesus ran the devil of by saying, "It is written". When He said what was written, the devil took off. But Jesus had the Word in His heart in abundance. In fact, He was the Word.

God wants you to know that you can do the same thing that Jesus did. Make the Word a part of your everyday life and speak it out of your mouth. Then you will have and enjoy total victory.
