5AM PRAISE

Gospel Duo, Temera & Toy, better know as 5AM PRAISE, moved to California from Chicago, IL; and have always been destined for success. They are choir members of West Angeles Church of God in Christ in Los Angeles, CA and have shared the stage with many well-known Gospel Artists; such as Kurt Carr, Norman Hutchins, Donnie McClurkin Mary Mary, Daryl Coley, and others.
They have recently signed a recording contract with Born Again Records; and released their debut project (produced by L.A. - J Edmonds, Teddy Austin and Michael D. Washington) in July 2004.
They are, without a doubt, the most vibrant and energetic gospel duo to take the stage. They have an impressive musical style that is absolutely breathe taking. 5AM PRAISE has powerful music with amazing choral arrangements that is filled with lyrical messages of worship and praise. They are blessed with songwriting talents, and have written all the songs on their new album "Praise the Lord Saints".

"Praise the Lord Saints" has an undeniable anointing, accompanied by an angelic harmony that sets off a heavenly alarm to the body of Christ!
The CD begins with "Wake Up", a song of daily renewal between God and His child. It acknowledges that His compassion's fail not; they are new every morning.
"Be Thankful" is a catchy praise reminder of the good ness of God and the grace He extends to each of us as well as the gratitude that He so richly deserves. The title track "Praise The Lord Saints", will have everyone from toddler to octogenarian, hand clapping and foot stomping while reminding us that "Praise The Lord Saints" is not just a phrase or salutation, but a lifestyle!

"I Remember", "I Know He Lives", "Whatever and All My Praises" are complimentary additions to this time of ministry. "You Can't Stop Me" is a powerful proclamation to the body of Christ to serve notice on the enemy, citing a child of God's position, privilege and purpose is a roadblock to the weapons formed against us.
Closing out this disc is "Declare"; without a shadow of a doubt you are encouraged, edified and empowered with this declaration of faith that should dwell in the heart of each believer. As David encouraged himself in the Lord, so should we!
5AM Praise CD "Praise The Lord Saints", is an answer to prayer for some, a wonderful surprise to others, but clearly a blessing to all.

5AM PRAISE has a strong testimony that they were called out of the darkness into the light. Their objective is to be aligned with Gods plan, obey, trust God and keep God on the top of their list. They are totally committed to the Lord, seeking first the kingdom of God and waiting on the Lord. They know that He will provide for their needs, give wisdom and guide them wherever the musical journey takes them. He is the reason for the praise.

5AM Praise music is Gospel and has an urban and hip hop feel. A lot of young people are inspired when they listen to it. Their songs specifically tell a message about Christ. 5AM Praise mission is to do the will of God, and to save souls through the ministry of music. They hope to inspire people to give God an early morning praise, as well as to seek His direction in order to see His glory manifested in their lives.
